2 lbs Georgia Best Brand smoked sausage (halved and sliced into ¾ inches
1 onion, cut into eights
1 head of cabbage, chopped
½ cup water
1 lb carrots sliced into ½ inch
5 potatoes peeled and cut into ¾ inch cubes
Instructions
In a roasting pan cook sausage and onion over medium heat until sausage is lightly browned and onion is tender; drain. Add the cabbage and water. Cover and cook on low for about 10 minutes. Stir
in the carrots and potatoes. Cover and cook for 25-30 minutes or unto the veggies are tender.
